Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan? Print

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The easiest way is to create a support ticket on the client system asking about how this could be done for your product as it works differently for different types of product. You can upgrade to any plan above your own plan, or downgrade to any plan below your own plan. Once you reach the highest plan, particular resources may be upgraded (i.e. extra bandwidth, extra disk space). Specific resources or features of your plan cannot be upgraded until you are on our highest plan for that product.
